The goal of the Lantzville Fire Rescue training program is to provide a
level of skills and competencies which meet the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1001
Standards and comply with Worksafe BC regulations.

Basic Fire Fighter Training (NFPA 1001)
Level 1 and Level 2 Fire Training
First Responders Training (Level 3)
Hazmat Awareness
Auto Extrication
Low Slope Rescue
Forestry Firefighting
Emergency Preparedness

Our training schedule provides our members with the tools and abilities to work
as a team to provide the community of Lantzville the best protection possible.
Weekly training sessions are conducted at the Fire Hall on Thursday nights from 7:30 to 10:00 pm
