Lantzville Fire Rescue is a paid-on-call department serving 3600 residents
in the District of Lantzville. We are now recruiting new members to help fulfil the many demands of the department. Note: Must be 19 years
of age or older. |
Being a firefighter is one of the most rewarding ways to contribute to
your community. If you are not sure about joining and want to see our operations
and training for yourself, please join us at our weekly training sessions
on Thursday nights from 7:30 to 10:00 pm to see some of the action.

You will be expected to attend most Thursday night practices, respond to
calls, attend a few weekend training sessions to achieve and maintain a
reasonable level of competency as well as volunteer for various community activities.
Becoming a member of Lantzville Fire Rescue will allow you to interact with
more people in the community, generate more friendships and enjoy the camaraderie.
As an incentive, you will be paid an hourly rate for calls and practices
attended.
